Location, services, staff, facilities. Felt like staying at home

It was the location I needed and I was familiar with. The staff are very nice and kind. The room was large and confortable. The laundry room was very practical, even though some machines were not working. This is my second stay here.

Location is excellent

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in New York City. The apartment was remarkably spacious compared to most NYC hotels, with a fully equipped kitchen ideal for a long stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional—especially the front desk team, who were always cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, and the location was convenient, close to everything I needed. A truly comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Murray Hill East Suites is located in an excellent quiet and safe area close to Grand Central Station and surrounded by a great range of restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. They have a wonderful team in all areas of the hotel that are friendly, very professional, and only to happy to help with any requests or assistance. They also have a 24*7 reception allowing you to easily come and go as you need, whilst also seek assistance if needed at any time. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and provide an environment with your own kitchenette, large bedroom/living area and separate bathroom to enjoy longer term stays in comfort. Whilst the hotel may not be as modern and have the same level of facilities as newer hotels, it provides a reliable and great value for money experience for longer term stays.

Very welcoming staff excellent location grocery store in the corner everything was within walking distance time square is few blocks away a very spacious room and washing machines available and fitness room available in the ground floor Price is very reasonable compared to the rest of the hotels I will definitely choose it in my future trips

Wonderful location, have stayed here before, the staff is great and the rooms are spacious. Having a kitchenette is the highlight when you’re traveling for work.
